Stone landscaping
Some of the most beautiful landscape designs in Michigan are the ones formed using boulders and stones. The artful placement of boulders and stones almost always compliment the natural terrain of this scenic and rugged state. Natural elements such as pebbles, boulders, stone and rock can be configured into practical landscaping features. These include planting berms, dividing walls, fountains, pathways and even driveways. Large stones can be used in the growingly popular backyard living areas, often as benches, end tables and naturally beautiful dividers and boundaries. While you might be tempted to take up your own stone landscaping as a way to save money, you might reconsider and leave this to professional landscapers.
